These are the most common frequently asked questions that we find on a daily basis. Please reach us at hygenios2021@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
We at Hygenios LLC bring 275 gallons of water which typically lasts us about 2 hours worth of washing. If we need more water we will pull from your house. See the following question for more details on how this will not effect the customer.
Studies show that pressure washers actually use 80% less water than the average garden hose while also packing more than 50 times the power when not using a soft washing system. According to this research and our own experience your well will not run dry because we only use it if your water pressure is enough to keep up with our pressure washing system. Also you will not see a drastic water bill increase because of the less water used. This is another reason our prices are lower than the average power washing company.
We use chemical dilution rates that are less than the average pool and we use less pressure than your average garden hose.
We insure to spray everything down first that way your plants and grass take in only water so when chemicals hit them they will not digest any of them into their root systems. This process keeps your plants and grass from dying or changing colors. As long as your outdoor property is waterproof it will not be damaged just squeaky clean!
On our trucks we come equipped with over 200ft of garden hose, chemical hose, and power washing hose. This allows us to reach almost any area on your home. If needed we can rent a lift which is 50% less weight than our trucks. The lift price will be included in your estimate if it is absolutely needed for the job.
We use a soft wash system that has about the same pressure as your homes' garden hose. This insures that your vinyl is safe from damage.
Those black stains are commonly called "mold" by most homeowners and other pressure washers when in reality they are called Gloeocapsa magma. Gloeocapsa magma is a species of bacteria in the gloeocapsa genus of cyanobacteria, an ancient line of photosynthesizing bacteria, which photolyze water generating oxygen gas. Ancient cyanobacteria were ancestral to the chloroplasts of all plants on earth. Gloeocapsa magma may resemble "algae" in that they are green, but in fact cyanobacteria are bacteria whereas algae are single-celled eukaryotes (cells with nuclei) that are closely related to plants.
The only things that we need you to do is make sure we can access water and also move any potted plants, pet bowls, ceramic pots, anything non-waterproof, and anything you do not want getting wet; other than that we will be fast and efficient so you can enjoy your freshly cleaned home. By doing these things it allows us to save on time and cost for you!
